Leonardo is an accomplished culinary leader with over a decade of experience in working with prestigious hotels worldwide, he has worked in Cairo, Muscat, Riyadh and Almaty.
Known for blending tradition with modern techniques to create innovative Italian cuisine, his journey began in Italy and has taken him through esteemed roles, including Chef de Cuisine at The Nile Ritz-Carlton in Cairo and Italian Head Chef at InterContinental in Muscat. Leonardo is renowned for his leadership, dedication to sustainability, and mentoring young talent, he is set to lead the team at Le Meridien Dubai and introduce innovative developments to the authentic Italian restaurant.
